One Kenya?

There is emerging credible evidence to suggest that a “post-ethnic” culture of national unity is taking place, ¬†particularly among the youth.

The 100 Objects project is a small, but we hope significant, step towards informing Kenyans of one another’s rich cultural identity, traditions and history. They will discover a commonality through mutual understanding yet will at the same time learn to appreciate the value of the diversity of Kenya’s individual communities.

The project will allow the participants to define and redefine themselves in the pursuit of a consensus on Kenya’s contemporary social, economic and political scene.
